(1) 20-Dec - 4-Jan: Special Holiday Terms require minimum stay of 6 nights per holiday at the holiday package rate, and rental of entire villa. Rate includes up to 8 persons. Up to two more persons may stay at the additional persons charge indicated. (2) Extra person rate BEFORE and AFTER HOLIDAY PERIOD is for 3-10 persons. During Christmas & New Years HOLIDAY PERIOD, the rate displayed is this is for the 9th and 10th persons as the basic rate is for 8 persons. All persons are charged during the holiday rate period due to the number of package extras provided each guest, regardless of age. | ||||||

Kindly note our New Year's reservation terms:
- Booking of the entire Villa is required.
- Minimum stay of six nights.
- Rental rate includes all package features.
- The prices DO NOT include 20% VAT.
- Payment of 100% of rental amount is required at time of booking for reservations made less than 30 days in advance.
- For reservations made more than 30 days in advance, a deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is required. Payment of balance is required by 30 days in advance.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 60 days in advance for Christmas and New Year's packages.
- No refund for early departures.
