Arrival before 20 - December: You can book a holiday package and arrive before 20 - December (first day this package is available), but keep in mind that the 6 night minimum still applies, beginning on 20 - December. Example: If you wish to arrive on 19 - December, your minimum stay, in effect becomes 7 nights, as you are adding a single non-package night to your 6-night holiday stay. Of course, you may book more than 6 nights in the holiday period. Nights before the 20 - December package are charged at the offseason rate and policies.

(1) 20-Dec - 4-Jan: Special Holiday Terms require minimum stay of 6 nights per holiday at the holiday package rate, and rental of entire villa. Rate includes up to 8 persons. Up to two more persons may stay at the additional persons charge indicated. (2) Extra person rate BEFORE and AFTER HOLIDAY PERIOD is for 3-10 persons. During Christmas & New Years HOLIDAY PERIOD, the rate displayed is this is for the 9th and 10th persons as the basic rate is for 8 persons. All persons are charged during the holiday rate period due to the number of package extras provided each guest, regardless of age.

• Minimum stay of six nights.
• Rental rate includes all package features.
• The prices DO NOT include 20% VAT.
• Payment of 100% of rental amount is required at time of booking for reservations made less than 30 days in advance.
• For reservations made more than 30 days in advance, a deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is required. Payment of balance is required by 30 days in advance.
• No refund for cancellations made less than 60 days in advance for Christmas and New Year's packages.
• No refund for early departures.
