¹ Extra person rate for 3-10 persons. During Christmas & New Years this is for the 9th and 10th persons as the basic rate is for 8 persons.

² 20-Dec - 4-Jan: Special Holiday Terms require minimum stay of 6 nights per holiday at the holiday package rate, and rental of entire villa. Rate includes up to 8 persons. Up to two more persons may stay at the additional persons charge indicated.

Rates include:

• Rates are based on double occupancy.
• Children 12 years old, and under, are free when renting the entire villa. Children this age are treated as adults when figuring room requirements, so when renting individual rooms, they may result in charges for renting an additional room, as the maximum persons (12 and over) in a room is two.
• Infants (children under 5) are free and may share a room with 2 Adults or Children over 12 years.
• Use of entire Villa's features, furnishings, facilities, equipment, appliances, security system, garden and out buildings.
• Free Internet access.
• All utilities.
• Linens / towels / bath amenities.
• Kitchen and dining room utensils, dishes, flatware, stemware.
• Professional caretaker services, including daily cleaning.
• Breakfast daily.

Package Rate Policies:

• Package Specials (i.e., Romantic Getaway, Christmas & New Year's Specials): Extra days are charged at the regular room rate.
• Christmas & New Year's Packages require rental of all four Villa rooms. Minimum of six nights stay.

Rates do not include:

• Taxes (9% VAT)
• Telecommunications charges.
• Meals -- except breakfast. However, Afternoon High Tea is available on request at extra charge of € 10 per guest.

Payments & Cancellation Policy:

• Payment of 100% of rental amount is required at time of booking for reservations made less than 30 days in advance.
• For reservations made more than 30 days in advance, a deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is required. Payment of balance is required by 30 days in advance.
• No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance for single room bookings of 5 or fewer nights.
• No refund for cancellations made less than 14 days in advance for bookings of the entire Villa or single room bookings of 6 or more nights.
• No refund for cancellations made less than 60 days in advance for Christmas and New Year's packages.
• No refund for early departures.
• Kinds of payment accepted: major credit cards, euro bank wire transfers.
• All prices are final. Bank charges are payable by the ordering party when wire transfer is used.

Major Policies Concerning Rental of the Villa Stresov:

• Check-in after 3 p.m. Check-out by 11 a.m.
• Each bedroom at Villa Stresov will only accommodate two people. Cribs and rollaway beds are not available. Children, five years and under, may sleep in the same room as their parents at no extra charge.
• Smoking is not permitted.
• Not handicapped accessible.
• Pets are not allowed.
• For the purpose of overnight stays, only registered guests are allowed at the Villa.
• Permission must be obtained from Stresov International, in advance of your arrival, for any non-guests, local persons, etc., who will visit during your stay. The Villa reserves the right to refuse access or lodging services to anyone determined to be unacceptable to Villa Stresov standards.
