Children and Infants
- Children 5-12 years old are free.
- Infants (children under 5) are free and may share a room with 2 Adults or Children over 12 years.

Pets are not allowed.
Cancellation & Refund
- No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance for single room bookings of 5 or fewer nights.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 14 days in advance for bookings of the entire Villa or single room bookings of 6 or more nights.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 60 days in advance for Christmas and New Year's packages.
- No refund for early departures.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the Villa.
Taxes
Value Added Tax (VAT) included in rates.
Off Season Rate
Rate reflects low season rates in effect from 7-April to 19-December.
High Season Rate
Rate reflects high season rates in effect from 5-January to 6-April.
Holiday Season Rate
Rate reflects HOLIDAY SEASON RATES & TERMS in effect from 20-December to 4-January.
