The lovely Villa Stresov is a luxurious holiday home in Bulgaria that was built in the 1920s by members of the Stresov family of Sofia. The villa was rebuilt in 1996 as a five-star luxury property by the Bulgarian-American family of Marianne Djidrova Nielsen, a granddaughter of the Stresovs, and Philip R. Nielsen, her husband, in its original Swiss style used 70 years earlier.
When searching for a holiday home in Bulgaria there are many to choose from but, none with the fine detail of the Villa Stresov. The bathroom of Dimitar has a thermostatically controlled shower over a whirlpool tub. For the ultimate in luxury, we provide all our guests with imported shampoo, bath gel, body lotion, and fragrant soap - as well as terry cloth robes, slippers and a hair dryer
